How DreamShare collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Who we are

DreamShare ("DreamShare," "we," "us," or "our") is a relationship-intelligence and strategic mapping service operated by DreamShare LLC, located at 4401 Shallowford Rd, Ste 166 #1102, Roswell, GA 30075. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website (dreamshareplatform.com) and the DreamShare platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — your name, email address, and any details you share when contacting us, joining the waitlist, or scheduling a Brain Dump session.
  • Account information — when you create a DreamShare account via our platform partner Clerk, we receive your name, email, and authentication credentials.
  • Session content — notes, ideas, goals, and relationship data you share during your Brain Dump session and that your Stitcher records in building your Stitch.
  • Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card number.
  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, time on page, and device/browser information collected automatically through standard web analytics.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the DreamShare service — including building your Stitch, sharing it with you on the platform, and communicating about your engagement.
  • To process payments for your selected plan.
  • To send service updates, scheduling confirmations, and — with your consent — occasional news about DreamShare offerings.
  • To improve the quality of our methodology, platform, and Stitcher training based on aggregated, de-identified patterns.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Confidentiality of your Stitch

Everything you share in your Brain Dump session and everything contained in your completed Stitch is treated as confidential. Your Stitcher operates under a non-disclosure agreement. Your Stitch data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

You own your Stitch. DreamShare retains a copy solely to provide and improve the service.

The DreamShare platform, methodology, Stitch framework, software, and brand — including the names “DreamShare,” “Stitch,” and “Stitcher” — are the intellectual property of DreamShare LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. 5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Your assigned Stitcher — who is bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Service providers — including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and hosting infrastructure — solely to operate the DreamShare platform.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and Stitch data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

DreamShare is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
